Can I apply even if I’m currently working outside the Philippines with employment contract that’s about to expire?

Yes, however, the ability to apply depends on the employer or principal's permission. If they decide to hire you following the interview, you'll need to promptly gather and submit the required documents. This situation varies based on individual circumstances.

What is your recruitment process?

For Taiwan and Japan in the recruitment process, we usually

  1. Identify the hiring needs / qualifications
  2. Interviews and Selection
  3. If they hired, take the medical Examination
  4. If Fit to Work, comply with the needed requirements (depends on the destination)
  5. Submit to Japan or Taiwan the needed documents to apply work permits / certificate of eligibility
  6. Visa Stamping
  7. PDOS (Pre-Departure Orientation Seminar)
  8. Issuing OEC (Overseas Employment Certificate) for travel tax exemption / exit permit in Immigration
  9. Lastly Orientation for new hired Employees, that tackles about the culture of the country destination, accommodation etc.

What if I reside in a far flung area or province and cannot attend interview?

The interviews will be conducted virtually, similar to Zoom interviews.

What if I don’t receive any update after the employer interview?

The agency's recruitment officer will get in touch with you to provide updates on the status of your application, whether you have been hired or not.

What happens after getting selected?

Initiating the process of gathering the required paperwork for work permit and residency begins. However, prior to this, you must undergo a medical examination to determine if your FIT TO WORK. We cannot recommend proceeding with document compliance if you are deemed UNFIT TO WORK based on the medical examination results.

Is there any language training?

For Non-Skilled workers such as Cleaners and domestic helpers, undergoing language training is required. For instance, in Japan, they are expected to enroll in Nihonggo classes.


If professional worker like Engineers, no need to undergo language training.

What are the fees that I should expect?

  • Placement fees (1 month basic salary )
